Know where every application stands and what to do next.

Applying for jobs is already a big task. Tracking each application helps you remember what you tailored, who you contacted and what needs your attention next.

Why track applications?

What gets measured gets managed.

Without a tracker, applications become open tabs, old emails and forgotten follow-ups. A ten-minute update helps you see whether you are applying consistently, reaching out to recruiters and moving forward.

  • See your real effortKnow how many suitable roles you applied for this week.
  • Follow up properlyRemember the recruiter, conversation and next date.
  • Notice patternsSee where applications stop and what you may need to improve.

How it works

Three small steps. Update it as soon as you apply.

1

Add the application

After you apply, add the role, company, date and job link. If you are still preparing, save it earlier.

2

Write the next action

Add the recruiter you contacted, the follow-up date or the interview preparation you need to finish.

3

Review every week

Check how many you applied for, each status, recruiter outreach and anything overdue.

After you add a role, it will appear on the board below. You can open its card at any time to edit it or move it from Saved to Preparing, Applied, Interview, Offer or Closed.

Make a backup regularly. Your tracker is saved in this browser, not in Priyanka’s database. Export a CSV at the end of each month or whenever you make major changes. Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove it. Do not add passport numbers, visa grant numbers, banking information or other sensitive identity details.

NEW APPLICATION

Add a role

Only the role and company are required. Add the rest if it helps you remember your next step.

Your weekly review

Do not only count applications. Look for what keeps happening.

  1. Which closing dates or next actions are coming up?
  2. Which applications have gone quiet and need a thoughtful follow-up?
  3. Which stage is becoming a bottleneck?
  4. What did interviews or rejections teach you?
  5. Are you applying to roles that genuinely fit?
